Sara is a Maine native raised in Jefferson. She is a 2001 graduate of Lincoln Academy and studied at the University of Southern Maine. In 2001 she settled in Nobleboro and expanded her family with her husband Jason. Sara is a multi tasked hard working people person who makes herself available 24/7. When she is not selling real estate she is working along side her husband at their lawn care business or can be found enjoying the family camp on Damariscotta Lake!

Born and raised in Tenants Harbor, Clint is a true Mainer! Most of his family works in the lobster industry and the Miller family currently owns and operates a lobster co-op in the mid-coast area. Since age 6, Clint has been tagging alongside his Mother, fellow Newcastle Broker, Lorrie Zeiner. Some local folks may remember me working at the Waltz Pharmacy Soda Fountain when I was a young boy. Raised in this community, I have been a part of a family business here on Main Street, and am proud to uphold that tradition. As a broker at Newcastle Realty I can share the passion I have for Damariscotta and the midcoast, the people who live and work here, and the natural beauty intrinsic to this area. An avid skier, I enjoy spending winter weekends at Sugarloaf with my family.

Hillary was born and raised in the Boothbay Harbor area. She comes from a long line of fishermen, with deep roots in the community. She is eager to share her knowledge of, and passion for the Region to connect people with their dream homes. Drawn to the harbor, Hillary currently resides on Southport Island with her husband.

Carmen Reed is a people person, and enjoys helping clients navigate the process of buying and selling their home. Previously a director of the Chamber of Commerce, she has always loved being involved in community and sharing her passion for Midcoast Maine. A native of Wiscasset, Carmen currently resides in Nobleboro, with her husband Michael Prentice, and their three sons. Together, they own and manage Bayside Plumbing and Heating.

After visiting family in Maine for many years, Patti fulfilled a longstanding dream of moving to Maine in 2011. Shortly after, having retired from a career in international education, she obtained her real estate license and has been serving buyer and seller clients ever since. A lifelong learner, she believes strongly in learning all she can about all aspects of the real estate business. The 2023 Lincoln County Realtor of the Year, Patti can get a job done with care and studied competence.

Tate began his Maine adventure in 2019 with his wife Claire and two young kids, trading the Great Lakes of Wisconsin for the salty shores of midcoast Maine. A former special education teacher and personal fitness trainer, Tate now dedicates his time to assisting buyers and sellers at Newcastle Realty. He is always ready to listen and is enthusiastic about helping others achieve their goals. An avid runner, Tate can be found early in the morning on his favorite route circling the Great Salt Bay.

Raised in Nobleboro, Stephanie has strong ties to the Mid-coast community. After taking some time off to raise her family, Stephanie is back in the real estate game and looks forward to using connections from her local business as well as her degree in Business Management to conduct real estate effectively. Stephanie is good at listening to people, understanding their goals and helping find the right fit for both buyers and sellers. A true local, Stephanie knows all that Maine has to offer.

Wurui, a Wiscasset resident since 2007, is committed to midcoast Maine living. Formerly from China and then the Hudson Valley, Wurui was actively engaged in the sales aspect of her husband Michael’s antique business. Upon arriving, Wurui was immediately enchanted with Maine, it’s coastline, snug villages and its early architecture. She has embraced “the way life should be” and is eager to share her enthusiasm in assisting clients in finding that special Maine property that fulfills their dreams.

Ken Gray has been working as a Realtor for over 17 years in the Coastal Maine area. His extensive listings include many coastal waterfront homes in Lincoln County.

He has many investment properties which include year-round apartment buildings and several lakefront cottages. Ken is well versed in 1030 tax-exchange properties which allow investment properties to be transferred with a tax deferment. Ken and his wife live in a waterfront home on the Sheepscot River.

Born and raised in Mid-coast Maine, Alicia obtained her real estate license shortly after graduating from Lincoln Academy in 2019. Alicia's clear communication skills help her assist her clients throughout the buying and selling process. In her free time, Alicia enjoys exploring everything Maine has to offer.

Born and raised here in the Mid-coast, Jane has since raised four of her own children in this close-knit community. Seeking a post-retirement career in real estate, Jane looks forward to using her knowledge of the area while connecting individuals and families to their dream homes. In her spare time, Jane enjoys volunteering with several local organizations and spending quality time with her seven grandchildren.

Jessica grew up in East Boothbay and her family has a long history in the Boothbay Region. After graduating from High School, Jessica felt the need for adventure and traveled to Europe where she spent a few months living in Spain working on a sailing yacht. In 2016, Jessica inevitably returned home to Maine where her heart lies. Jessica currently lives with her Fiancé and their daughter in Edgecomb. She looks forward to helping others buy or sell their homes in the Mid-coast region.

Sheila was born and raised in Saco, graduated high school from Thornton Academy and attended Husson College graduating valedictorian. She and her husband recently built a home on Damariscotta Lake and relocated to Nobleboro.
